These Are Very Important Payment & Cancellation Terms. No Exceptions Are Made To These Terms Once You Make Your Online Booking. We Strongly Urge You to Read And Understand This Section in Complete Detail.

ON-TOUR FLIGHTS CANCELLATION COSTS
All your On-Tour flights are NON-REFUNDABLE and their cost will not be refunded if you cancel your tour. The Flight Cost is part of your Initial Deposit, so we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, which you can do as part of the Booking Process, or On Your Own through your preferred insurer.
LAND TOUR CANCELLATION COSTS
The Cancellation Costs detailed below pertain ONLY to the Land Costs of your tour, and are in addition to the On-Tour Flights mentioned above.
Non-Refundable charges: $250.00 per room of the initial deposit is non-refundable regardless of when you choose to cancel.
(A) Cancellations received by us between 95 days and 65 days remaining till your tour begins are charged the higher amount (per room) out of US $500.00, or 25% of the total cost of your visit.
(B) Cancellations received between 65 days and 35 days remaining till your tour begins, are charged the higher amount (per room) of US $1000, or 50% of the total cost of your visit.
(C) Cancellations received after 35 days remaining till your tour begins, the cancellation is considered a "no show"* and does not qualify for any refund.
(D) If Easy Tours does not receive your balance payment 95 days before your tour starts, or within 3 business days if you reserve a tour starting in less than 95 days at the time of reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and process a refund of your initial deposit payment, after adjusting for the contractual Cancellation Costs.
Again, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, which you can do as part of the Booking Process, or On Your Own through your preferred insurer.
INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT CANCELLATION COSTS - APPLICABLE IF YOU INCLUDED THESE AS PART OF YOUR TOUR
If you select International Flights as part of your tour, you will NOT be paying for these flights during the online booking process.
Please note that International Airline tickets will incur Cancellation & Change Charges as specified by the Airlines, and that certain airfares cannot be cancelled. Within 72 Business Hours of you booking your tour, an Easy Tours International Flight Specialist will send you with exact details of your flight options, including all of the concerned airlines change and cancellation costs terms. At this time, you will have the option to cancel the international flights part of your booking at this time, and to book your own flights however you choose. This will not cancel, or, in any way affect, your online tour reservation.
Flights Delays and Cancellations: We strongly recommend that you secure travel insurance for your tour. If your international arrival is delayed, there are no last minute refunds for missed hotel nights or missed touring. Easy Tours bears no responsibility whatsoever for the losses, monetary or otherwise, for an international flight delay, whether you book the flight as part of your tour, or on your own.
Because of this, whether you choose to arrange your own international air travel, or book it as part of your tour, we strongly recommend that you arrive a day before your tour begins. Options to include a pre-tour night are available during the online booking process. This protects you in case of flight delays and cancellations and also allows you to spend additional time in your arrival city, giving you a chance to absorb the local culture and other attractions without the constraints of a fixed itinerary.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR TOUR
Within 5 Business Days of Your Online Reservation, Easy Tours Guest Relations staff will e-mail you a Reservation Package that will include your booking details and a General Travel Guide. The e-mail will also contain a cancellation link that you can use should you need to cancel.
A request for cancellation will only be considered valid if it is processed by either of the following two means:
(a) Received by the electronic form that you can fill out when you click on the above-mentioned link.
(b) By registered mail or delivery service (with proof of in-person delivery) at our US mailing address - Easy Tours, Inc., Ste 180, 16238 RR, 620 North #F Austin, TX 78717.
Within 3 business days of receiving your request for cancellation request, Easy Tours will send you a link to your Final Cancellation Agreement which details the exact amount refundable to you, if any, as per the cancellation costs detailed above. Once we receive your acceptance of this agreement, Easy Tours will process your refund promptly as described in the Refund section below.
There are two payments required on the Upscale Online Special Tours. The Initial Deposit is $500 per room (for both Single and Double Occupancy) plus the cost of your On-Tour Flights.
When you initially reserve your tour, the deposit has to be processed during the online booking process. All major credit and debit cards are accepted by our secure payment processor. Your final payment can be made through the payment link that will have been provided to you, or called in to our United States Sales offices at 512 345 1122.
The balance of the cost of your tour (after subtracting your initial deposit) is required at least 95 days prior to the start of your tour, or if less than 95 days remain when you are reserving your tour, within 5 Business Days of your reservation date.
A payment link is sent to all guests within 2 Business Days of your online reservation.
If Easy Tours does not receive your balance payment 95 days before your tour starts, or within 3 days if you reserve a tour starting in less than 95 days from the day of reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and process a refund of your initial deposit payment, after adjusting for the contractual Cancellation Costs.
